I think it it would be fun to sky dive of Big Ben to see who you land on and what sound it makes.
I'm going to go find these now.Nevyrmoore said:They did; it's called GTA: London. There were two of them
I think it was called The Getaway? Played a demo once, I think its what you mean. Anyway, I'm leaning more toward a Las Vegas-style thing, or maybe an extremely retro GTA set during The Great Depression in Chicago or something... plenty of organized crime in those days, remember Prohibition?Kouen said:wasn't there a game similar to GTA III on PS2 that was in London streets?

Double post, I know: But Dubai wouldn't work as its a total police state with crappy small roads and heavy traffic, pollution - Might be neat for car chases mid sandstorm, or to eventually "buy" a safehouse on one of the palm islands, but the architecture of the town is too small to support a full GTA experience. I was there for a week a couple of years ago teaching a filmmaking workshop, fell in love with the "Golden Fork" restaraunt in SharjahTerkaal said:Yes! Wonderful Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, also where I happen to live. In this city, real life is more or less Grand Theft Auto.
don't go wetting yourself to find these two games unless you liked the original grand theft auto games. I loved them and I'd play them over and over again because it's mindless fun, but don't expect an experience on par with GTA 3 or 4.Cpt_Oblivious said:I'm going to go find these now.Nevyrmoore said:They did; it's called GTA: London. This. The Hairminator said:GTA: London Edition already exists. Epic shit.
Hmm, well we did have the incident a little while ago were 2 black saloon cars drove full the front window of a shopping mall and through the mall full speed and literally INTO the front of a jewelry store. The 8 men wore suits and balaclavas and were armed with TMPs, MAC10s and UZIs. That sounds like grand theft auto to me ;DLovelocke said:Double post, I know: But Dubai wouldn't work as its a total police state with crappy small roads and heavy traffic, pollution - Might be neat for car chases mid sandstorm, or to eventually "buy" a safehouse on one of the palm islands, but the architecture of the town is too small to support a full GTA experience.
