Riding Dragons would be terrible, If they haven't done it by now they shouldn't bother, seems like a rather large thing to be adding this close to release. Its only 156 days now, and they already have a playable build so there is no need to take up this huge challenge of dragons.

Well I wouldn't class a horse as a vehicle really.
If they have done horses properly (by which I mean you can fight on them, but it is a skill that you must level up in like any other) then that would really improve my experience.
Also some kind of fast travel system like in Morrowind, where you had to get to the Silt Strider first.
But other then that, no, I'd rather walk.

To be honest, I don't thinking riding a dragon would be that great - some of the best bits of the elder scrolls are the exploration and the characters you meet/murder along the way.
Besides, as Eragon learnt in the first Inheritance book, riding a dragon without a REALLY thick saddle will literally scrape your cock off.

Dragons mounts would be really cool. There was a mod made for Oblivion that allowed you to do that. it was pretty cool to fly around and look at the landscape. So, even if Bethesda doesn't add it in themselves, it'll be there. Hopefully, whoever adds it will allow the dragon to attack. Can you imagine aerial dragon fights? Pure awesome.
As I've said before, I'd much rather they bring back Levitation or grant me a flight spell so I can take the battle to the skies rather than jumping up and down swinging my sword like crazy trying to hit the dragon. It wouldn't work so well given that I'm sure it would hover in place laughing flames of death upon me.
