Poll: Does anyone really care if people are gay anymore?

Something I didn't cover up in my post above and will do so now. I dislike it every time a straight person goes on about how much they dislike PDAs when it's a gay couple. I've seen one post referring to disliking them with any sexuality. Most of these posts have come from people claiming they didn't care if someone is gay or not.
If a person doesn't have a problem with homosexuality/bisexuality then they shouldn't care about who it is that's making out in front of them. All they should care about is that two idiots are sucking face in a public place.
There are a number of other situations similar. People say they don't care about whether or not someone's gay but if they talk about being gay it becomes a problem. I'm sorry but did anyone ever think that a gay guy might dislike it when some straight guy starts going on about the hot tits he saw the other day? Or the way that he boned his wife/girlfriend?
It seems like a fairly common double standard that is repeatedly reinforced without people even realizing they're doing it. Me? I get uncomfortable when a girl hits on me, I just calmly state that I'm gay when it happens. If a gay guy/girl hits on a straight guy/girl the reaction should more or less be the same if you truly don't care.
I can understand people not liking having another person's lifestyle shoved down there their throat. No one wants to be forced into doing something they don't like. It'd be nice if people thought about what they were forcing upon others once in a while.

That's a misconception, at least for the Jewish part. Although the oft-quoted line homophobes use ("A man shall not lie with a man as with a woman") is from the Old Testament, it's taken so far out of context it isn't funny. I hate the morons who say "It's ok as long as they don't push it on me" as if the gays are making an agenda to turn straights gay. Infact, I'm going to make a joke video and hand out fliers at my school with all the benefits of "turning gay" and try to convince some straight people to go gay. (Hint to those morons: You can't CHOOSE to be gay)

Honestly, I don't care if someone is gay at all. In fact, gay people are some of the nicest people I know. However, there are the extremists that ruin the image for everyone else, like with religious people, Halo players and Twilight fans, in which the extremists typically make up a small percentage of the said groups.

Kinda meant the second part....but it appears you hate the bible, etc. ALOT....well I always thought that the CORE parts of the bible preached love and compassion for your fellow man...but I do think that the Church has skewed small violations of the bible into something that has a big enough force that can push people around into something they don't want to do I.E. The only exception where I think it's okay is if it's for religious reasons, and even then if they are the kind of people to actually look down on gay people because of that then they won't get any respect from me.
