How often do you work out? By which I mean exercises with the specific purpose of increasing strength. I'm talking press-ups, Sit-ups, Pull-ups, weight training, etc.

I do 100 press ups every night (since last month) and whatever else comes to mind at the time.

Feel free to give tips or whatever.

I tend to swim half a mile or so twice a week, do a weights circuit twice a week and a cardio circuit in the middle. Assuming I have that much free time. Things get sacrificed when I have more important things to do. I tend to bust out some press ups every night to, depending on my mood somewhere between 30-50. Oh and 300 stomach crunches after every weight circuit.

I just started Karate, actually, and I ride for 30-45 minutes most days. In the warmer months i'll swim all the time, in the pool or ocean (Actually swim, not just wallow)

In terms of 'working out'... never. In terms of doing things with my body for my own amusement? Lots.

I make it a point to do twenty chin ups a week for upper body and 100 crunches for ab work. I usually play alot of sports too so that keeps me pretty fit

I do P.E. at school for two hours a week, but with summer coming up it'll probably just be the odd sit up every now and again. Which'll probably be an attempt at getting up and then falling back down.
Why do I get confused about being so unhealthy?

Sometimes i go out for a jog every couple of days, some days i will do a few push-ups or sit-ups, but honestly most of my excercise is when i jitter my leg up and down for like, 13 horus a day sitting on my computer chair xD.

I lift a couple of wheights, do a couple of push-ups, take a swim in the sea during summer time, that sorta thing.

I actually have an amazing body for someone who works out so little and eats so much garbage.

I get exercise but I don't "work out" Thats why I can run a 10.0 on the beep test, but can't drop and give you twenty

I do the occasional remote lift, then move on to the 3 minute yawns and stretches, before finishing with a nice lie down.

Seriously, the only workout I get is Dance on Saturdays. God that makes me sweat.

What is this "Working out" you speak of? ... ok ok, on topic I barley ever work out. Then again I don't eat much so it balances out.

I go to the gym twice a week, and I walk to work every day. It's around 2km + 1km from my workplace to the hospital where I study.

I ride my bike for 2 hours a week. I'll also do 100 sit ups every two weeks and maybe a few push ups. Band camp's coming up so make the situps every day for two weeks, and 50 push ups on the same schedule. I've done it so much it doesn't hurt anymore.

I used to go about 4 or 5 days a week but now I work 10 hour days outside all day so by the time I get home I don't feel like working out which means that number has gone down to 2 or 3 days a week if that.

Edit: I don't know if I should count riding my bike or walking everywhere as working out, but I do that since I don't have a car.

I tried this... working out thing, I'm not a fan, I'd rather sit on my ass and play games and eat a hot pocket.
