Funniest:

- Finding Indiana Jones' corpse in a refrigerator.
- Finding the UFO and getting the Captain's Alien Blaster
- Launching the REPCONN rockets with "Ride of the Valkyries" blasting out in the background.
- Refusing to hand over my weapons at The Tops and killing every last one of the Chairmen in the ensuing firefight.
- Bursting into Silver Rush, crashing the Van Graffs' meeting and killing everyone. It took me fucking ages to get back to the Lucky 38 because I was overencumbered from all the shiny lewtz I stole from there.
- When the Boomers opened up on the Hoover Dam. That would probably have been a lot tougher without heavy artillery and air support!
- Turning my Securitron Army on the NCR Troops at the end ("Oh yeah? Then you're gonna LOVE what happens next!"; best piece of dialogue in the entire game!)
- Finding a flame thrower in Vault 22(?). No problems with those nasty little green bastards after that, I just torched every clump of plants I came across before they could get to their feet.
- Finding and reading the 3 bits of "Die-ary" in the shack on the Nuclear Test Facility.
- And loads more that I can't think of right now.

Scariest:

- Vault 22 before finding the flame thrower.
- The vault full of Ghouls (34?)
- The REPCONN factory full of Ghouls and Nightkin
- Seeing a Nightkin for the first time, doing the side quest at Novac where you stake out the Brahmin herd to find out who is killing them. (It went *rustle rustle*...*laser blast from the darkness*...I fire blindly at the source, and then, well if you're reading this now in January you probably know how *ahem* startling your first Nightkin attack can be...)
- Finding the Deathclaw quarry. The only two things that saved me were having Boone on hand, and stumbling upon it from the south, putting us on the high ground. Oh, and having the Gauss rifle.
- The sacrifice chamber in Vault 11(?). With hindsight, going down there was dumb as fuck.
- Making my way around the south west corner of the map (past the crashed aircraft) when about 10 Radscorpions come charging out of the dust. At least 3 of them were Giant Radscorpions. Oops...
- Being zerg-rushed by Ghouls near the old Nuclear Test Facility. The "Splash Damage" perk came into its own there.
- Probably others but it's 5.30 am and I've been up half the night with a spewing (now sleeping) 8 year old...

I enjoyed every second of this game and fully intend to play through it again to see various different endings etc, and can't wait for the DLC to hit the PS3!

Ugh, my worst moment was the Deathclaw quarry with the Alpha Male and Matron. Seriously, if you think normal Deathclaws are tough those two'll give you a nervous breakdown. They look cool as hell though...
Silenced Sniper Rifle + Armour Piercing Rounds. makes 'em piss easy!
Aye, after a lot of a few false starts I eventually got it cleared using a similar tactic. Just got me and Boone up onto one of those huge ramp/conveyor belts at the centre of the quarry with scoped rifles apiece and mined the hell out of the lower ramp.
Usually works for me too, but sometimes the deatclaws would just run all over the place after they spotted me. One time I got pissed and just mowed em down with a minigun loaded with armor-piercing rounds. And a fire axe.

Scariest- trying to go from nipton to novac via a small passage in the mountains which was filled deathclaws, one snuck up on me from behind and I nearly jumped out of my skin.

Funniest- the end of the Vault 34 section was classic Fallout
Also when I first heard the words "My name is Fisto, please assume the positin"

Vault 22 scared the crap out of me, especially as I had a crippled leg and no ammo at all.

Funniest moment was getting called a ponce (I think it was a ponce) by a gang of old ladies....who I then killed and dragged around Freeside.

The entire 'Beyond the Beef' quest.

One of the top Fallout moments ever, that one, but I'm not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't finished it.
Yup, that quest ranks as one of my all time favorite side missions in any game, and hopefully this doesn't spoil it for anyone, but is it just me or does that quest feel like it got ripped from one of the those old 40's detective radio dramas
But all in all, yes man(no spoilers) is my favorite character in any game hands down, it's that whole attitude of his

Funniest: Fantastic's boss in Hoover Dam explaining how he's being put to use. I like an RPG that rewards you for having the patience to talk to any NPC with a dialogue file.

Scariest: That fucking screech a Cazador makes when you catch its attention. Even though Cazadores are very easily disposed of with any decent-powered SMG or assault carbine and enough AP in VATS, THAT FUCKING SCREECH. Just. that. I tend to avoid Cazador-infested areas unless I absolutely MUST go to them.

Scariest moment - seeing Boone's mangled body and a swarm of angry Cazadors flying towards me. Oh shit!

Funniest moment - tearing quarry junction apart with the anti-material rifle whilst laughing maniacally

NPC: "Have you seen what the Anti-Materiel Rifle can do to a Deathclaw?"
Me: "Have you seen what a Deathclaw can do to someone armed with an AMR if they don't have Boone or Cass with a Brush Gun providing covering fire?"

My scary moment was when I was doing the mission were you raise the bomber out of the lake I was swimming when all of the sudden I hear something behind me. I turn around and look directly into the face of a lakelurk I freak out and swim for the shore and I can still hear him swimming up behind me making these weird noises and Lake Mead is now 60% urine.

Killing a Cazador only to find out that 5 more will replace it and 5 more after that....

Also, having VATS not work on something when I absolutely need it to.

It reminded me of some kind of creepy Silent Hill moment meets the Oblivion Dark Brotherhood quests... or something.

Funniest moments;
1.) When I was able to run away from camp Golf and survive by mountain goating my way down the sheer cliff to get to the Colorado river only to become stuck in the geometry unable to move while watching as 3 NCR soldiers AI got messed up and they fell to their deaths XD

2.) That gang of old ladies

Scariest Moments;
1.) Stumbling into the Quarry with only a few sticks of dynamite one doctors bag and a light machine gun that was only in 30% condition..

2.) Stumbling upon the Legendary Deathclaw after I had used almost all of my ammo and stimpaks to even survive that retched cave.

I would say during the Gomorrah quest with Cachino when *spoilers* you have to battle Big Sal and Nero,as I was a high enough speech level to deal with them,I told Sal that Nero had been working with me and as a result they shot each other. The only problem was instead of one of them dying, they both shot at the exact same time and both their bodies dropped to the floor allowing Cachino to claim his rightful place on the Gomorrah throne!
