Normally I'd hop right to the defense of the Quarians as well, but I'm still irritated about that retcon.

I have no idea what retcon you're talking about and thus assume I'm probably going to get irritated by something when I finally start to play. STOP DECRYPTING MY FILES SO SLOWLY STEAM. I WANNA PLAY.

I haven't played ME2 yet either. Trying to get my hands on a physical copy of ME1 at the moment for the PC. The only copy I can find is one in the UK, and in the wrong coding format... me and my brother may have to bite the bullet and both buy digital copies of 1.

(I played it on the 360 before, but don't have a 360 at the moment so...)

Anyway, they apparently retconned a part of the Quarian backstory involving their suits. I won't say any more, so that you can avoid spoilers that I really wish I had.

Either one of us is confused or you've made a very interesting point about Quarian/Krogan biology.

All we know for definite is Krogan have testicals. From there it's becomes very interesting/disturbing. I'm sure there's some fan fics on the subject.

Am also keen to see if the rachni pop back up given you had the option to wipe the only sentient one out of existance in the first game. Will it be based on which choice you made in game one will it draw any references from the first game eg kaiden or ashley surviving I remember There was some discussion bu7t I couldn't remember if they were going to or if it was fans saying they should have.

Without ruining anything about ME2, Krogan have 4 testicles. It is referred to as a quad. There are individual Krogan who are apparently "quints", as Wrex so aptly puts it.

You know I don't know what the hell BioWare was thinking when they made the Tali romance. Everything I'm hearing in Mass Effect 2 says it should not be possible. It's like BioWare added it at the very last moment and were to lazy to go back and change all the conflicting dialogue.

And the only reason I dislike Quarians is because every singe one seems to be in trouble, stupid, or dead. Usually a combination of the 3.

The only Quarian I know right now is Tali, soooooo I guess that the Quarians in ME2 aren't quite as awesome as her.
