I'd have to wuss out and go with Quarians. I didn't really care in the first ME, but in ME2 Tali was both genuinely likeable as a character, AND an extremely useful party member. Plus, the guy that Adam Baldwin played was a Quarian marine.

They are all interesting in their own way but I like Krogans and Turians the most from a serious perspective, but from a funny perspective I voted Elcor.
