Considering that it seems they were consenting I can't blame for the sex too much.
However, I think that a semi-heavy fine, some community service and maybe a week or two stint in a jail/prison to see what life will really be like it she makes that big a mistake again would be more than enough. Mainly for providing alcohol to a minor though.

She gave him alcohol and it's not the first time she did it, this is sexual assault not matter how you look at it.
I feel like this was his revenge for his mom making him still have a sitter. Also if the genders were reversed, I still wouldn't care too much, because all it sounds like is 2 consenting people having sex. Also, was his face revealed, because I'm just curious if she was into him superficialy or not and I'm too lazy to look over 20 pages of 'if teh roles were reversed herpa derp'...I am so going to get a warning but I don't even care.

Second, how can this even be considered a crime? People certainly seem to overreact on things such as this, especially in the US, for some reason. Let's face it, even considering throwing the 20 year old in jail because of it is unbelievably stupid. Theres no logical reason why this should be considered a crime, save for laws that have no real purpose, because they weren't made keeping reality in mind, thing is they're both young (though her taste in boys/men seems questionable, but that's hardly something one should be thrown in jail for), and both consenting, I imagine. It's not like getting someone slightly drunk instantly equals a date-rape, it just doesn't, not in reality anyway... then again I don't really understand what sort of reality americans live in.
Also, the age of consent is significantly lower in Europe, and guess what? There's nothing wrong with our societies here, in fact we're a hell of a lot less squeamish about sex than americans seem to be, and that's a GOOD thing, believe it or not.

Everyone saying "if the roles were reversed..." stop it. There is a double standard in our society, and there is still lots of sexism. Like it or not, it's true. You can say that they should treat her like a male sex offender, but at the end of the day, it's not going down like that. Be realistic, there are tons of differences between how males and females are treated in our society. It's not as bad as it was 50 or 100 years ago, but the fact is that these differences exist, so you must take them into consideration.
In this case, here is the view: males all want sex 24/7, provided the girl is hot, STD free, and not going to get pregnant. Females rarely want sex, except with someone they are in a serious relationship with, excepting sluts who drunkenly hook up with people at clubs/bars. Yes it's not true, but that is the view that 90% of the people are gonna accept regarding this case.

What's with all this "what if he was 20 and she was 14" crap? That girl will go to jail because there's a law that she broke. Case closed. The whole point of this topic is that the law itself is flawed. Why? 20 year old girl just fulfills the dream of any 14 year old boy and she goes to jail for that. That's what we're discussing here. We don't decide if she goes to jail or not, and if you were in a jury you'd still say "damn... wish I hired her, oh well, guilty, sorry miss." Ok, so we changed the law, no sex before 16, ok (it's 18 in my country, not that it matters to kids these days). But it's absurd to put "20 year old guy has sex with 14 year old girl that likes him" in the same cell with "crazy uncle which tricks 6 year old niece into sucking his dick". I voted against the jail time because of the age gap being so small. Sure the kid is 14, but that is literally a high school freshman and she was, what, 19 at the time? I didn't read the whole story, but a 19 year old could easily be a high school senior. There was this guy in my high school that was a senior and 19 years old (he may have been held back a year) and his girlfriend was a 14/15 year old freshman and he got caught having sex with her and he is now a registered sex offender for literally dating someone in his school.
Well, considering that the pregnancy (if any) would be the older girl's problem, I say no jail. Jails are already overpopulated as is.
