10M, Yes. 1M, No.
10M would be just about right.

Super cars, gambling, women and drugs combined could be a substitute for gaming.

I voted no. The thing is, under any other circumstance, the first thing I'd do with that any considerable amount of money is buy a decent gaming PC.

If I did take up on the offer, sure I could buy a house, car, and finally get rid of my crappy practice amp and get that Musicman I've always wanted, but there'd be a massive hole that nothing would be able to fill. Games are just too much a part of my life.

As a musician, I have several other areas that I can occupy myself without games.

...but I would never be the same without them

Edit: Totally forgot about DnD for a second there, It'd be far easier to live if I could still have that. Awesome

I think I would, it would let me go and spend my life seeing the world and help some people out. On the other hand I would not be able to do things with my friends when I'm far away. But utimatly I think I would.

Seems like alot of people don't value their hobby so much.

Nope, I certainly wouldn't do it.

However, if you make it 10.000.000 I'll probably reconsider :p
I'd probably travel around the world with it.

Nope-Games are the biggest part of how I spend my time. I wouldn't stop playing them for the extra 80 or so years of my life when I'd spend all the cash within 10 years.

No. Money isn't everything, and being bribed into giving up a hobby that I enjoy is something that does not sit too well with me.

Accept the money, invest it, build up a sizable profit, give the one million back, spend the rest on games. It's easy.

I think I would. It'd certainly make my girlfriend's day!

I'd stick to paper-based RPGs, books and high living to keep me entertained from then on.

Hells NO! I'm surprised anyone said yes. I was thinking "I wonder if even one person said yes" then it turned out to be about half.

£1000.000 wont last thaaaat long where I live...
The price of a fairly large house here... lets day 5 rooms, about £400.000 to 600.000.
Damn big villa 800.000+
A mansion.... 2000.000 to 7000.000 -_-
A farm about 1000.000

Cars - Take the price of a car in britain... Times 3.

I would not get very far with £1000.000 :p
