I usually say some version of 'NO U' but I know I have a life, so I'm not too affected by it, nor do I even hear those words very often. Just because my life isn't, in their eyes, a generic, 'normal' life, doesn't mean I don't have one.

I like to give a mixture of bizzare and psychopathic. Something along the lines of 'I'll cut your eyes out and try to read shit with them', and.... actually, I think that one covers it.

Honestly such a poor insult would not be worth the effort, I prefer the more grandiose or darker ones. Anything that raises a smirk is a true insult to me.

I once used the psycho response after some guy said that to me on the street. I then pulled out a pocket knife and the guy went running faster than an Athlete. I wasn't going to use it, of course, but it was still rather funny.
