The last time I cried about something or got teary eyed was 4 years ago watching a movie at the theaters. After that, saddening scenes seem not to really affect me. But in books/video games, when I like a particular character in it I get irritated that they die or vanish, etc. thats about it.

Oho, let's see ... The Fellowship of the Ring (Shut up, it's moving when you think about it) comes to mind. I've been moved by books A LOT (The end of Northern Lights blew my mind when I read it through an adults perspective)

I'm sure there's more

I cried at my third time at watchmen when the whole cancer thing came up and Dr M said "im sick and tired of being caught in the tangle of their lives" so so true. What was weird was the first two times i didn't cry at that.

I've cried a few times with dragonlance books (shut up)
1. When Gnimsh was murdered. (He wasn't a particularly special character it was Tasslehoff's reaction
2. Kitiara, Laurana, and Tanis's deaths
3. ESPECIALLY when Raistlin died and with Sturm
Also, Carson dying gets me every time. WHY COULDN'T RODNEY GO FISHING WITH HIM

well the song "dance with the devil", and the song "you never know". amazingly both are by the RAPPER immortal technique but if you dont cry then you are a cold, cold hearted bastard.

I do remember crying with Bridge to Terabinthia (sp). But that was in 5th grade. However, more recently I cried to one of the final episodes to Cowboy Bebop. 'Twas when ))**SPOILER**(( Ed left to join her dad. That didn't really hit me until Ein came for her and had to look back, knowing what/who he was leaving behind. Then to top it all off was the painting Ed did on the Bebop. Very reminiscent of the M*A*S*H* finale. ))**END SPOILER**((

But those were the only two pieces of media I can remember making me cry. There was one documentary of a bear and beaver working together to do something...like travel, and then later they see each other and don't truely remember the other. But I don't remember the name of it.

I cried when I heard angel eyes from white snake once. granted it was my grandmother's favorite song and as well as her request for her funeral when she was buried with my grandfather. but yeah. good song.

oh wow, yes i'm right there with you on the Bridge to Terabithia.
As for cowboy beebop, I could def see how someone might cry listening to the song played while he crashes out the window, "ballad of a fallen angel" i believe it was.

as for songs, how about "let her Cry" by Hootie and the Blowfish, if that doesn't bring some emotion out from you... you're dead inside
