dude. american kids suck. no joke. i went to slovenia (a small country by italy) and the kids there were pretty darn grown up. they were still kids obviously, but the kids in america are babyish brats compared to them. my kids are not gonna be that way.

Only the ones that try to hard to be edgy, 12 year olds that call every one gay or a rapist, yet frequently talk about the size of there penises to other boys.

The only time I want to is when there's a screaming baby on a plane. AND I CAN'T FUCKING GO ANYWHERE! D:<

Yes, but only in jest. I would most likely never hit a child. But if a kid is being a complete brat and the parents are doing nothing about it, I will mutter "that one needs a smack to the side of the head." I never truly mean it, though.

Would I want to: on occasion yes but most kids I know are just being kids, so I really can't fault them for that. However the ones that are little smartasses , I would like to whap 'em one across the head.

Would I actually do it: No I just give them I rather nasty glare.

Worked at a McDonalds during High School... Never wanna hear the word Happy Meal again. Now I'm a server in college and parents just can NOT keep their kid in the damn booth. That or they're crawling all over the table and grabbing everything in sight

Children are annoying. And the parents don't help either.

Yah, but just a mild smack, you know, just enough to make them cry...

Little spoiled brats...

I suppose you mean to beat children as an adult/elder, in which case, yes (but I've wanted to beat some of my peers all my life). Thankfully I'm not around children very often, but when I am it generally plays out like a never ending condom commercial. Bah, it's a shame there is no quality control in baby-making.

Ok then, it seems that most people here will never be parents but I would like to be a parent, myself. Like i don't know what all the hate is, EVERYONE here was once a child, how would you feel if you were 5 and just casually playing on the sidewalk when a person walks over to you then punches you right in face because he doesn't like how you look. I know that some times they may annoy you but You can't just beat the crap out of kids just for fun or because you don't like them. They will eventually grow up to be a mature adult like you and me so just lay off the hate A-holes!

Only a few children. My friend's step-brother is a pain in the ASS.

We were driving with his step-mom and the child and his mother were engaged in a regular conversation (concerning sports I'm sure) when another car pulled out in front of us . He then screamed "DON'T GET ME HIT" in a very authoritative voice while she just kept on her "I love my little angel" face.

Its kids like that. Parents too.

BTW i also would like to say that yes, some do deserve a little punishment when they misbehave. i know that my dad use to whoop my ass when i misbehaved when i was young. But still, only when they deserve it.

I think about it almost every time i see them. I hate children -.-
Though i never give them a solid punch because A) Jail for a child isnt worth it, and B) Getting blood out of carpet is a pain in the ass.

I figure extreme discipline issues may require beatings. But beating them for little or no reason is wrong.

But as of yet I don't have any plans for having offspring that is badly behaved. They will know their place straight off the bat... figuratively speaking of course. I could see how that phrase may be misconstrued in this thread.

I love kids...I really do. Even wanted some of my own, but nonetheless I have been in the company of kids that make you count to 10 and remind yourself that they are only children. I use to throttle them can be wicked, but I'd never lay a hand on one. And would probably slaughter anyone I saw doing so.
