Seriously though, I can play video games whenever I want, but being the antisocial nerd that I am, sex doesn't come around as often. So obviously I'm gonna go for the more exclusive alternative, especially if it throws itself at me like that.

I have yet to have sex and gaming come into conflict (and yes, I do get some on a regular basis). Generally, sex takes priority since there'll be plenty of time later for gaming.

In the circumstance the OP suggests:

Spend three seconds killing boss. Cutscene probably requires you to push a button to continue, so game is now effectively paused. Hijinks ensue.

If it was actually my girlfriend though, rather than a theoretical demanding *****, she'd probably already be making close personal friends with my man-parts partway through the boss fight and insisting that if I didn't manage to beat the boss she'd stop...
