The normal way...

I'll leave the decision of which one I am talking about up to you.
the normal way is "F.A.Q." because it's an acronym; I have no clue when people started trying to pronounce acronyms...

lol --> lawl
MMORPG --> Ma-Mor-Pa-Ga
FAQ --> Fack

how long until...
OMG --> Ohm-ga
WTF --> wha-tifff

I mean seriously people; what's with it? you're not being "cute" you're being annoying...
I usualy hear people say 'lawl' than hear 'ell oh ell'. Also, isn't possible to alternate between pronouncing each letter and saying it as a single word? You don't say 'ell aye ess ee ar', do you? No, you say laser. If you say each letter for that word, you are the one being annoying.
watch the video explaining the differences between acronyms (like LASER) and initialisms (like FAQ)

I say Eff Ay Cue unless I'm talking about Gamefaqs.com, then it's Game Facks.
Basically this, although when reading texts aloud i do say 'lawl' for L.O.L. and 'roffle' for R.O.F.L. etc

Does that make me a bad person? :(

Wouldn't it be.. Facts? Since it has everything to do with the FACTS of a game?

..just saying
That's what I thought, I always called it "Game F. A. Q.'s" and one of my stubborn idiot nerd friend keep ranting on about going to "game-facks" and it sounded like he was saying "game-facts" and that ended in a ton of "what?" and "say it RIGHT" on my side and a ton of "it's FACK not FAQ, wtf would FAQ mean anyways, it's an internet was of spelling FACTS"

that alone made me laugh and correct him in every way possible... teach him to correct me spelling when he can't even tell that F.A.Q. has meant for years now "Frequently Asked Questions"

I say Frequently Asked Questions, because I always have, and don't plan on changing now.

No, it doesn't, the main argument (from me) about FAQ being "Fack" is it sounds just plain stupid and annoying to the ear (if that makes sense)

I however say "l.o.l." when reading skype messages and "r.o.f.l." but then again I have head of the "roffle-copter" (I blame being in a nerd class!)

I dunno. I say "fack" in my head, but if I'm ever talking to someone about it (and this is in GameFAQ logic) i call it a Walkthrough.

When do you need to recite text?
"I just got a reply from Mr. X"

"What did he say?"

"'Just having a quick wank then I'll set off. LOL', What an idiot..."

Without the "LOL" he may have been serious (he may even still have been).
