Sorry, total carnivore here.
If it walks, swims or flies upon this Earth there's a decent chance I'll be willing to eat it.
Beef, chicken, fish, lamb, 'seafood', etc, it's all good.
Hell if someone said "Here's some rattlesnake I fried up! [http://www.motofoto.cc/RattlesnakeRU_20.jpg]" or "We just slaughtered a horse, want a cut of it?" I'd be willing to try it, if I was in a place where eating insects was common and they had some giant locust or something for me to try, well, if it's cooked into something where I couldn't really see what it was I'd probably still be willing to try it.
The ONE major line I draw is I won't eat major land predators, meaning if someone I know went hunting and bagged a mountain lion I wouldn't be willing to eat it, same with if I was in a place where eating dog or cat is common it's just not something I would do, and so on so forth. I can't really give a really good response as to why I draw a line there but am willing to eat almost anything else, besides dogs/cats for reasons that should be fairly obvious to most westerners.
