For cross country i have to run 30 miles a week; and coach is going to up it to 40 over the summer..... Im certainly not looking forward to that.

No idea how many hours that adds up to

I rarely work out at all, and when I do it's only becaause it's required of me for whatever reason.

About three hours a week of actual exercise, but I walk everywhere too.

I plan to start jogging in the near future to help my cardio though.

right now i do kickboxing/mma about 5 hours a week, but I'm looking to add some gym time in there somewhere

About 2 hours a day, if working out at home. When summer comes, it varies alot from day to day.

about 12 hours working out the rest is mostly games and hanging with friends.

its actually a rather new thing to me, as I have decided I want to be in shape and also want to have a good body for my cosplay.

Probably about 7 hours at least. It depends on the weather because I run if it permits. Though I lift weights and do strength training about an hour every weekday.

About 4 or 5 45 minute runs a week and 20 minutes of weights about 5 times a week. Put on a lot of weight while at uni so trying to shift it and get fit at the moment.

Cardio: An hour in the gym 4 times a week, 90mins playing football (soccer) each week and 2 rest days.

Weights: When I get time, usually about 15mins each exercise day.

I'm quite healthy (yet lazy) but needing to work on my muscle mass.

Gaming: When I get chance, I'm currently addicted to Donkey Kong Country Returns!

I try to exercise before bed each night, though on a really strenuous day I'll skip it. So that's 30ish mins of pushups/jackkinves/crunches/armcircles etc. Then on the weekend I try to get out at least once to practice parkour, those are about and hour and a half each. And of course fencing twice a week (more before tournaments. So on a good week: 7.5 hours; On my worst week: 3 hours. So its variable.

I spend about 8-12 hours working out or otherwise doing physically taxing work. I chop wood, run, practice martial arts, move stuff for people, you get the idea. I'd say 8-12, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more, depending on how busy I am with school and whatnot.

I take a weight training class for school so around 5-6 hours a week. We usually switch off from cardio to free weights/lifting every other day.

I play basketball between two and three time's a week and play football usually twice a week. Also doing a sports course so prob looking at 15 hours or so a week. Keeps me relatively fit. Personally wish i could play more basketball but don't have the funds or the friends willing to pay for a hall more than once or twice a week( I live in scotland so playing out side's usually out the question)
