I get 2-12 a week depending on how many people I can get to spar with me.

Well the only good gym around me requires you to be 18 to work out there (retarded, i know) so 0 hours 0 minutes and 0 seconds.

I walk alot, so if that counts, it will be somewhere in the area of 8 hours a week.

There are other things aswell, I just can't go "right, for the next X amount of hours I am going to exhaust myself" I just get REALLY bored after 2 minutes.

I used to play hockey, wherein I would have at least 2 hours every day, every week, working out and/or skating.

I stopped playing years ago though, but since then I have kept a fairly good level of fitness going. I think my instructor got it branded in my head how exercise is good, but I don't feel myself going to work out because it is healthy, but because I like how it feels. I like that challenge when working out, getting the blood flowing and being active. When I played hockey, that feeling was always there and I hardly had to try after I became so used to it. Now I just have to make the effort every week to get that time in. And while it is nowhere near the amount of time I used to spend on it, I believe it is still a healthy dose. Works well for me at least.

Shit I dunno. Maybe 5 hours Judo, then add maybe 2 or three hours at the gym. At the summer I do maybe 2 hours cardio aswell.

I don't play any sports, but most of the weekend was spent with my ass pulling a sled around a campsite.

Winter camping... wooo...

I used to exercise all the time, gym three times a week, running etc, but so much has got in the way, I barely exercise anymore, if only there was more time in the day.

Depends. I do way more during the school year than in the holidays, since there is a gym right next to my uni. I still use the treadmill at home, though. I'd say that lately I average about half an hour or forty five minutes a day. So, three and half, four and a half hours a week?

Does walking to school count?
What about playing Amnesia every now and again? That gets the heart beating.
No?

Well then none.

I go roller blading for two hours every night, and have the bragging rights of one bronze medal at the Australian National Championships.

Last fall I went to the gym 6 days a week and lost 30 pounds, but since New Year's rolled around and the gym got packed from resolution goers (nothing against them, good on you for getting fit, but they still take up the squat racks to do bicep curls) I've been trying to do stuff at home. I have 2-5 hours a week of tae kwon do, do body weight stuff along wtih a 10 lb clubbell, I try out the various yoga/pilates workouts on Netflix and I walk everywhere. Overall, I probably do solid workouts 3-4 days a week and then half-ass it another 1 or 2. I am going to start P90X next week though, so hopefully that'll kick my ass back into gear.

Well lets see, I play ultimate frisbee twice a week for 3 hours a day so 6 hours there. I play soccer twice a week so 3 more hours there (might be playing 3 times a week). And I currently only work out at the gym once a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. Sooooo whats that 10-11 hours a week?

In the summer I'm doing something almost every day since I play more basketball, I play in a couple softball leagues (tho I don't really count softball as excercise), and I play sand volleyball once a week in the summer It'd probably be more but I work full time =(
