Old enough. When people know your age they tend to categorize you, so I usually don't bother telling anyone my age.
Usually those kind of comments come out of religion/politics threads. Which I kind of wish could make their way off of this forum.
But, it does spark the opportunity for interesting debate/conversation among the mature members of the community.

why do people care about the ages of random people on the web? you are never going to meet them, ever so it really doesn't matter.

As for my qualifications: I do have a psychology degree, as well as being a teacher and having read many, many forums on a wide range of subjects since the mid 90s. I just reached the grand age of 40 years old, which makes me old enough to be most of you's parent.
The most interesting thing about the Escapist forums to me, then, is not the level of inexperience about the world in general and human nature in particular but the level of competence in writing from most.
