Poll: If Pokemon were real would you eat them?

I'm pretty sure that most of you are aware of the Pokemon series, you know the popular game series where you go around catching animals and make them fight, the game series eventually spawned a TV show and then a card game. So the question im asking is would you eat a Pokemon?

The reason why im asking this is because i was hanging out with a group of friends and one of them was playing the most recent game in the series and he randomly asked. "Yo, if Pokemon were real would you eat them?"

After his question i was speechless for two reasons, one reason was that he caught me completely off guard with an incredibly weird question and the second reason was that i couldn't think of a good answer. So now im asking you the same question, if Pokemon were real would you eat them? And if so which ones?

Personally i think that krabby would taste delicious.

Magikarp (as sushi) because they are completely useless otherwise.

Arceus, because hes a god, and i would get his powers from doing that (i think).

LMFAO! I've been having the same conversation with a friend of mine recently. We have a Pokémon role-playing game going on over e-mail in an attempt to see how well the universe works with mature themes (blood, sex, death, racism, homophobia, animal abuse etc) and it's going pretty damn well, so much so that I've transferred my wish to write something original to writing a mature Pokémon fanfiction. Just before I ended up killing half the party with the help of a lunatic bad guy, I sent my human character hunting and then thought "Wait a moment. I've previously said that real-world animals won't exist due to Darwinism (survival of the fittest). What the hell is she hunting?" Turns out she was going to eat Zigzagoon and Taillow. >.>

So, yes, I would eat Pokémon. We all would, were they real. However, I'm not sure which ones to eat. I think it'd be the ones closest to real-world creatures as they seem the less intelligent (and rare). However, they are still eating sapient life, whereas our animals are merely sentient (as far as we know, anyway). However, in the Pokémon universe, it's the only thing they know how to do, so it's simply natural to eat other sapient creatures. The Pokémon themselves do the same, even in the child-friendly games (Taillow hunt Wurmple, for instance). Add humans somewhere in the food chain and they'll copy everyone else.

Magikarp is the most obvious, though there are a ton more. As for cows, there's Miltank. *has an encyclopaediac knowledge of Pokémon and can't tell if this is good or bad*
