Yes... Why, you ask?

One word ladies and gentlemen; Smegma
If that's a problem to you, then you got serious hygiene problems....

Just saying...
agreed, as long as you shower regularly and actually clean your turtle neck like you would any other part of you're body then it's really not a problem.

I'm circumcised, and I've seen a couple studies on this. Here's why I would have my son circumcised:
1. It apparently adds a full inch to penile length. And, hey, an inch can make a big difference.
2. Not having a foreskin can prevent yeast infections, and no one likes yeasty body parts.
3. I was circumcised within an hour of birth, and there was minimal bleeding and no crying whatsoever (according to my parents), however, my brother was cut 2 weeks after birth and he was screaming bloody murder (again, according to my parents). Circumcision right after birth is apparently less painful, since you're not fully aware of your surroundings, you know, since you've just been born.

If I weren't circumcised now, I would not want to be because I like to keep sharp items away from my junk, and I would think the operation would hurt like a *****.

Circumsision overall results in the person being less likely to contract STDs, and apparently other medical stuff...

Pretty happy my parents opted for the snip-snip at birth. Any more skin in that nether region and I'd be custom ordering boxers.
Actually tho, compared to uncut dudes, mine looks more streamlined and I've know a shit-ton of women who refuse to sleep with dudes who aren't cut.
So definitely yes.
Well, that's a bit harsh.

How about you remove your nostrils too? It's the same thing, outer protection covering mucous tissue. The inner walls of the nose will dessicate, and you'll never have problems with snot again! And in a few hundred years, I'm sure women will refuse to kiss guys who haven't removed their nostrils because it becomes an arbitrary cultural mutilation trend. Just like circumcision scars, exposed sinuses will be called "streamlined".

No.

I just can't let him go through life knowing that I let someone cut off a part of his penis.

Nope, I wouldn't unless it was for medical reasons only. I should know, I've been through it.

My hypothetical son's sex life would be ruined because of it.
lol, "ruin"? More like "possibly reduce his pleasure by a marginal amount even though no medical study has been able to prove or disprove this with any degree of scientific certainty."

As a cut guy the only things that ruin my sex life are overly thick condoms, whiskey dick, and girls who are dead in the sack.

if our next baby is a boy..HELL NO..I was not cut and I would never do that. Watch a video of a circumcision and see the pain and trauma it causes. Just watch the Bull$hit episode on it and you'll change your mind.

Sure I could chop of parts my hypothetical son's penis for no proven medical benefit whatsoever and no religious reasons. Or I could just teach the child how to shower. Same end result really.

I got circumcised when I was a kid, possibly five? Old enough to remember anyway. I had it done because of an infection or something I think... Either way I'm happy about it.

I have decided that if I ever have a son, I will look at whether circumcision is still more popular than leaving it be. And I will choose the more popular thing so that he won't have an extra thing to be teased about (since I intend for my son to be a major geek).

Not unless there's some pressing medical reason for it.
My mother's father was circumcised later in life, because during the war proper hygiene was pretty much impossible and there were... complications. He also apparently had the notion that "my sons aren't going through THAT" and had his boys circumcised.
On my dad's side, though, circumcision never seemed to be the practice, and I was left intact, for which I'm quite grateful.

Yes. I got rid of mine for medical reasons and I wish my parents had done it when I was young rather than as a teenager (as I did... my that was not a fun summer). Also it's genetic so my son would probably need it done anyway. People who call it mutilation are just wrong. It's more like removing your appendix except a lot less invasive.
Yeah, it seems like whenever circumcision comes up in conversation (in real life), there's always someone with a relative who had to get it cut later in life and it was really painful. My dad's uncle had to get circumcised and my grandpa was uncircumcised and just didn't like it. I also had a coworker who said his older brother had to have it done as a teenager. Sometimes I wonder what it might be like to still have a foreskin, but then I think of all the minor penis problems that have come up and the thought of somehow having even more sensitive/damageable material in that spot gives me shivers.

All this talk of "God/nature's design is perfect and don't mess with it" is a bunch of baloney. Even then, I still don't think I'd have it done to my son if I had one. There's always risk in any surgery and a doctor could botch it. Also, shit costs money. There are also people on the internet that argue that circumcision NEVER has to be done and problems could be taken care of with antibiotics and topical steroids. It just seems like even the slightest suggestion that men might not be getting MAXIMUM SEXUAL PLEASURE!!!!! guys freak out and act like it's the end of the world.
People who say it's never an option are clearly idiots. If I hadn't had mine cut off I was told that either I'd never be able to have sex or it might work itself out on its own or one day my foreskin would tear apart and they'd have to do it anyway except as a panicky emergency procedure. So yeah, I went with circumcision, even if it did mean being unable to walk for about a week and the week after that being incredibly careful. I have no doubt I made the right choice then and I would definitely try to avoid my son going through a similar experience, though I would probably find a damn good surgeon.

That said, if it wasn't a genetic thing there just wouldn't be any point as odds are he'd never have any issues and unnecessary surgery is silly so I understand it's not for everyone but my case is very special. Some would say I'm a "special case"... XD

It makes your penis easier to clean. And slightly better looking, I guess. Cocks are ugly no matter what.

Also I will let them cut it, I don't care. It will be easier before he can think
Not having to pull your foreskin back to clean is a pretty lazy-ass definition of "easier". If it is any easier then it's not by much...

OP: I'm against circumcision. If we call female genital mutilation wrong and abhorrent then I don't know on what grounds we can support circumcising males. Sure the effects aren't as awful, but you're still altering their anatomy at a point where the have no ability to choose. To me that's wrong.

Also, it makes fapping more difficult... FAPPING!

No, I don;t really see what the point of it would be and it's kind of a dick move to do something like that to someone without their consent.
