I would buy a Persian cat, sit in the shadows and pet the cat with my mechanical arm so that you can only see my arm while trying to take over the world only to be foiled by a swiss army cyborg detective, his mechanical dog, and his sickeningly cute niece.

that would be my robo-arm. everything from flamethrower to machete to egg-beater would be installed in that thing.

It would possess incredible strength to allow me to lift more weight,which would be an asset in the military...
Also,I'd make it modular. Switch out the parts on the fly to fit the situation.

It depends on the situation.
BUT if i did get an Mechanical arm id want a smaller more human looking Bionic arm, but it still works the same way Nathan Spencer's does, with a few modifications like a Arm Cannon and scanning device.
