None. It's not like it would do any good. Remove one, and some other equally annoying one would take it's place. Except Mario, remove Mario and it's unlikely that the games industry would've survived past the 80's.
Yeah seriously. Unless people are confused about the wording, when it says "remove any game from existence" I'm assuming it means past present & future, which would make it pretty damning/stupid to want to remove long running franchises like Mario or even Final Fantasy. Unless they're thinking it means to only stop them from creating more, which is much more understandable... though still pretty stupid in my opinion.
So going by the first explanation for my own pick, if I was being greedy and selfish I'd say Diablo. While widely popular it helped snuff out the CRPG genre that came before it, which I was much more a fan of, and created in the CRPG's place the hack & slash RPG genre which no one really cared for if it wasn't Diablo. So I guess WoW is pretty much the same thing, as it more or less englufed and defined the MMORPG genre and you have to wonder where we'd be now if there was healthy competition rather than one monolithic game that no one can compete with. Which of course is now been taken under the influence of Bobby Kotick and Activision.
So let's just summarize by saying that I would personally be much happier if Blizzard had stuck to strategy games and stayed away from RPG's.
