Real, again this year. I always feel a little guilty about buying a real tree though. I seriously need a living tree in a planter or something.

I absolutely loath fake trees and plastic plants.

We have a real tree, of course. There has never been a fake chirstmas tree in this house, and there never shall be! Though it's too troublesome to go out and fell a tree myself, so we just buy one every year and decorate it...yeah. It's a tradition.

Now that the tree has melted, the scent off...well frest spruce fills the air. Also, our chirstmas ham is finally ready, so I can smell ham as well, mmmm, delicious. So, these two scents together make quite an interesting aroma. It's fun.

Real. Not that I care, but it looks kinda nice. Plus it smells good, unlike plastic.

It's real. And it's also UPSIDE FREAKING DOWN - a V-shape instead of a /\-shape.

Beat that!
nope, not gonna try and compete with that,
it would be better though if it was on fire!

OT: yes, my parents did buy a real tree, but personally I would not have bothered with it.

We've always had a fake tree except this year my little sister complained so my mom went out and got a real one. Honestly, there's no difference other than it smells strongly of a tree in the living room.

Real. My mom bought a fake tree but said it felt dangerous, so returned it. I guess she felt like it'd mug us all on Christmas morning.
I have a minifake tree in my room that I keep out all year long, just cuz it's a pain in the butt to put back a way.

Strangely, ours too... And it's been like that for as long as I can remember... Why the hell? The /\-shaped ones are much prettier! Stupid humans...

If I'm even gona have a tree when I move out it's gona be a small plastic one... I doubt I'll have one tho. Who the hell thought bringing a tree into the house would be pure win? It's ridiculous!

we had a real tree last year but its fake this year cause we only have 1 well sized pine tree for miles in any direction. Live in Australia. and i can hardly use a gum tree right. so artificial for us.

I've never had a real tree. Our Christmases have always been with a fake tree, although it's not something that bothers me overmuch.
