My answer: either, but preferring huge ones. Large is ok, medium is boring, small are cute, tiny are fun. But depends on the overall presentation of the woman.
Overall my preferences are: i don't like medium, standard, boring bodies. Most actresses and models are uninteresting to me (Well some are not). I find small weirdnesses sexy. which includes Boobs that are "too big" or "too small" for that woman.

While I certainly appreciate the beauty of the female bust based on other factors besides size, not gonna lie, I do prefer them on the bigger side. D-cups are so... majestic O_O *Heavy breathing*.
That said, there is such a thing as TOO big; I find a lot of fan-service vehicles just thoughtlessly give character's tits as big as possible, even if they're totally out of proportion to the rest of the character's body, or so huge that they cease to even appear human.
