No, I don't give a shit. The mods can be heavy-handed, but a gestapo on a message board is almost a must, and even with the looming hammer of ban ever at the ready some people still have to behave like prickly little fuckers. Generally it seems deserved, and I don't think the mods just dole out justice without first warning the trolling sods.

Well obviously... MaxTheReaper... he who shall not be named... never knew him... but he will forever be apart of the Escapists history... he went down in a blaze of hatred and rage...<.<

To this day I still am completely unable to tell whether they were a boy or a girl... perhaps we will never know...<.<

Also, Ahlykcs he was pretty cool... made the forum games really interesting and we were friends for a while... I don;t know what happened...

Hubilub as well... I miss his boomerang monkey seizure inducing avatar...

and Furburt... my first real friend on the escapist...<.<

OT: As others have said, Mortai Gravesend and Mathew94 will be missed. Also how the hell did vault 101's health get so low? she seems almost Daystar levels of mellow.

mostly just stupid stuff on my part...though once for using the "troll" word...and another for swear so much when I thourght I could get away with language (and I was partly quoting yahtzee at the time)

The rule against calling people trolls has got to be the one rule on the escapist I disagree wit. I can kinda see why it exists, to prevent a GFAQs type situation where everyone who disagrees with you is a "troll" but I still say if it walks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck, I think I should be allowed to call it a duck.

He's actually been unbanned if you go to his profile, but he doesn't know. He hasn't been here since October.
OT: I guess Sean sorta counts. He's not banned anymore, but he was before, and most likely isn't coming back. I liked Matthew94 as well, but I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did. He could get really aggresive very fast >.>

I'll remember people like Danyal and reonhato for hilariously failing at understanding why they're being banned or what they're doing wrong. Them stirring up shit and refusing to shut up in the mod group was very funny

Not particularly, nor shall I be dancing on any graves. There's a lot of unreality in here, and its difficult to take anything seriously in most contexts.

Plus many of "the lost" are because they were, indeed, lost. They did what they did and got what they got; justice is served in my consideration.

Well Zeel was fun.

But besides that, at least those who got banned for breaking the rules, there isn't anyone I would say I particularly missed to a huge degree.

Man, Zeel was one of a kind guy. He'd been on BSN for almost a year and everyone knew him and his escapades. He'd been banned and banned over and over again, and each time he came back with a slightly different nickname. The funny part is - you need a game licence linked to the account in order to post. I wonder how many games he bought to keep posting..?

Oh yeah I remember her... I really didn't like her... more than a few times she'd take take one of my posts, flame and accuse me of things that weren't even hinted at in my posts... even when I was just making a joke... <.>

I remember how huge of a deal it was when she was banned.. had public backlash and everything... it was ridiculous... with that whole strike where people were changing their avy to the cover of, I Have No Mouth, But I Must Scream...<.<

But Darkspectar was always fun in the forum games. He just had that sense of humor that can be mistaken for abuse. Tone is really hard to convey over the internet.

Yeah that and by his third suspension he might as well have been calling out the mods by name and laying out as many specific insults he could before the ban hammer came...<.<

Not to mention he was starting to make mParadox kind of uncomfortable... if I remember correctly... so I'm sure some of his mod friends took notice after that...

Also, what happened to like Cherry Cola and Sleekgiant, and Jack and Calumon, and Onyx Oblivion, and Julian King, and Neon Bob, and Aby_z... haven't seen any of them around in forever... I wonder if any of them got banned... I remember they all used to be staples of the escapist... much like Yureina used to be... but that was a long time ago...<.<

To be fair, this is true. It is worth remembering that most people who are banned now were banned for a good reason. Still, there's no harm in at least acknowledging their existence.

Cherry Cola (Hub) requested a ban (I think it was a request anyway), Sleekgiant, Aby_z, Julianking and Onyx are still around but not frequent posters and Jack and Calumon is still around (he posted in the Pub Club yesterday in fact) and NeonBob still posts in Forum Games, as always.

I swear it wasn't long ago that I saw a thread petitioning to see the place where the banned go... Nope probably just my imagination.

OT: I don't really see the reason for remembering the banned. No really I don't. If they didn't make any positive or lasting impression on me whilst they were still active and ended up getting banned for a legitimate reason then why would I remember them? (Apart from learning from their mistakes that is.)

So yea... I got nobody on my "Remember the Banned list"...

I don't know about the rest but I think that Jack and Calumon are not banned. I believe I remember him posting in a thread either last month or back in October. Although haven't seen him since then.

As much fun as i have here i wouldn't say i've missed anyone thats been banned, how ever...

I would love a page dedicated to all those with 50+ post count show casing the posts that got them banned, not gonna lie some of the shit that people have said and got banned for or suspended is down right hilarious and i have a good chuckle in their suffering.
