It is funny. However you do not have authority as a security guard to film security footage and put it on the internet. That is quite clear, and the only thing they could expect if discovered would be punishment. Which is what they got. I personally would have given written warnings, not fired anyone.
If you feel you must post it then don't say where it was filmed and don't speak over the video you make. Of course if there is a camera in the security room they could get you with that, so that's something you need to think about.
You have to go by the letter of the rules and you just can't put videos of stuff like this on the internet and expect not to be punished if you are identified as the person responsible. Sad but true.
