Well this woman wouldn't have fallen if she stopped to look up for a couple seconds. It's not the guards fault she's stupid.
No offense but that is incredible unfair to call he stupid for that act. Tell me, have you never accidentally walked into something or accidentally done something embarrassing? It occasionally happens to everyone, it doesn't make us stupid.
Honestly any point I can make will have already been stated so I will say them anyway. No one could tell who she was from that video, it was shaky and everything. If the girl is actually suing them for it, then I think she needs to grow up a little, it's not that bad and no one is directly offending her. It probably is a bit mean and an a small abuse of power, but seriously, it's not that bad, no one will remember the video for more than week, it made over 2 million people happy to see it and it will teach her to not be so fixated on a mobile phone, it might prevent a car accident one day.
Also for the people saying things like it is their social authority to upload the video and other similar things. When you become a security guard or a mall cop, you are trusted by the people to help protect them. If a woman can't even trust a mall cop when she is at her weakest than that is just sad. I don't know the woman but she might be really upset over the incident, she may be some one who values being classy and representable.
