Yesterday in the USA (lol, rhymes) Vincent Smith II was with three other employees of Cocoa Services Inc. dumping chunks of chocolate into an 8ft deep vat of chocolate when he accidental slipped and fell into that tub. Sadly before anyone could get to him he was hit on the head by whats called an agitator. (It mixes chocolate) The force from this blow (And all the chocolate) caused Smith to die before the emergency services arrived ten minutes later.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation, but Jason Laughlin the spokesperson who announced the investigation said "At this point there's no suggestion of foul play," adding shortly afterwards "It appears to be an accident."
