Yes, I'm sorry.

I truly dislike Ashley, but I don't hate her all that much.

It's just that a certain Indonesian Kratos seems to argue with me every time I talk to him, and I have a fuse the length of nothing, and when I get irritated, I become a horrible little ball of hatred.
It's cool, I understand.

About the irritation thing I mean, not too familiar with the whole Indonesian Kratos.... but still, whatever. I respect your position even if I don't personally agree with it.

At first, I thought I didn't want to cheat on Ashley. Then I met her and remembered how big of a ***** she was, so I went with Tali, who is just so much more awesome.

I hit up Miranda...I mean, look at that ass! Plus, I like her voice and general backstory. She knows her mission and will do anything to complete it, but shows some actual emotion towards you.

Can't stand Tali. Jack is just...ugly to me, sorry. Liara was meh, and Ashley...was nothing for me to wait around on. I only play as Male Shep anyways, so that was pretty much it.

Then again, Ashley is a ***** with no redeeming qualities anyway.
Your bias is showing.

But anyway, the geth have simply become emotionless machines that can think.
If you think that's all the Geth are, you need to play the game again and pay more attention to them. Because one of the major revelations brought forward in Mass Effect 2 is that the Geth are not just emotionless machines. Legion shows many example of how they have begun to develop primitive feelings.

And they seem perfectly content with killing the remainder of the quarians should they try to settle their own planet that the geth aren't using.
The reason the Geth attack the Quarians is only because the Quarians keep attacking them. It was stated that "98% of the time, violence between the creators and the geth was instigated by the creators". I don't remember the exact quote, but the point is that the reason they don't get along is because racist Quarians (like Tali) can't get over the past and keep trying to kill the Geth.

Personally, I support peace between the two, and did everything I could to promote it in Mass Effect 2, but I understand if the quarians aren't too happy about having all but roughly the population of Ohio killed off. Ashley, however is against ALL non-humans, primarily because... Well, they aren't human.
Ashley isn't anti-alien in the sense that she wants to kill all aliens. The game never suggests this. She merely thinks that humans shouldn't rely on aliens for support, as she thinks that in the end ultimately each species will choose to help themselves over the others. Considering her backstory, I can understand where she got this belief. Really, that's nothing compared to wanting to wipe out an entire species over a 300 year old conflict that only continues because the majority of Quarians are bunch of backwards racists.

I boned Miranda and was surprised by the number of people who boned Tali.....

Honestly I feel the need to sleep with a .44 under my pillow now....

Also, I only did her because Ashley decided to start hating on me, even after I said I wasn't working for cerberus, just working with them. There is a difference between the two.

I would assume in Mass Effect 3, you can use Legion as a sort of "Representative" Bring him before the migrant fleet and allow him to explain that he can willingly move the geth off of the quarian homeworld, in exchange for co-existence.

I was hoping to have that happen. Pro-life is the way I go in Mass Effect.

Tali had the most..um..unexaggerated character flaws. So she seemed more normal...other than being an alien.
And, you know, wanting to commit genocide on an entire species.

That's not what I would call normal.
She just wanted to get the Geth off of the Quarian homeworld...

For my male Shepard, I sided with Tali. I actually like her. Most of the other females are tolerable at best (Ashley and Liara should never speak again, though).

My female Shepard obvioiusly chose Garrus because he is a turian (and therefore sexy) and because he is just fantastic in every way.
maybe she noticed Garrus was lonely we all know what callibrating guns is a euphemism for

My first time I banged Miranda, but when ME3 comes out and I do my massive canon playthrough I'm sticking with Ashley all the way.

I was with Ash through the first one only since Tali wasn't an option. (I found myself always talking with Tali first every time I got back on the ship) So when she became available in the second one it really wasn't even a choice for me. On other runs I'd hit up Jack but never wanted to touch Miranda.

I like Miranda's wide eyed innocence from the first game (although she went a little dark for 2). Still, she's the best match for my paragon Sheperd to remain eternally devoted to.

Really evil Shepard cheated on Ashley with Jack, nhe's a jerk though so it never suprised me.

I've actually made enough character variations with slightly different choices from the first game to this one to have pretty much all possible relationship scenarios covered, from a grieving Sheperd who lost Ashley and almost sleeps with Tali then backs out because he's not ready to a shocking variety of potential love triangles between various characters. Even had a former lesbian Sheperd get "converted" by Garrus!
Wait...wut?

Miranda wasn't in the first...

My Shepards get no one, unless I'm going for achievements.

He's a "The mission comes first." kind of guy.
Derp derp, I was thinking of Liara and typing Miranda. Such a fool I am, such a fool!

Please subtract one from my nerd score, I'll try to make it up before three comes out.

I stuck with Liara. Somehow, becoming ruthless made her just that much better of a character.
