Paragon, I can't bring myself to be the bad guy I even let mercs live if they give me what I wanted. You know for honour. Although threaten my crew and I will snap your neck and drop a box on your mercs.

I've played both, and although personally I prefer paragon as I always opt for the 'good' moral choices, I think ME is one of the few games in which the 'evil' moral choices are well implemented. In many games, the 'evil' choices tend to come in the form of general asshole behaviour for which the only motivation seems to be 'because I like to be a dick'. Evil for evils sake, in other words. However, the renegade choices in ME have always generally been justifiable, and fit in just as well with the story as the paragon options.

Renegade can be pretty funny at some points.
But I still like being the Hero. Plus there are some points in the game I could never bring myself to pick the Renegade option. (Overlord DLC anyone?)

(Damnit someone already uploaded the video. Oh well, deserves to be posted twice.)

I can't help but be nice, no matter how annoying the nice way is (longer/harder [place obscure joke here]) That is until recently. Now i prefer to be nice, but if i don't get what i want soon enough, I destroy them. (In Dragon Age: Origins I threatened a nun The one that was not letting me have the qunari.)

I always played Renegade, but not to be a dick, but to be direct, fast, and decisive. I don't mess around in chat, but I recognize it can get you things. Like kill characters who could kill you later or make life harder get stabbed with welding torches and pushed off buildings. But in conversation, I don't act like a terrible person all the time, I'm just to the point.
This.
You're out saving the whole goddamn galaxy, I can't wait and worry about whose feelings I've hurt.

Total paragon, accept the occasional reactions....the renegade triggers in conversations are funny as hell,

as soon as i started ME2 i said "im gonna be a douche this time yeah! it'll be fun ill punch mad news reporters!" but as time went on i found more and more excuses to be a saint >.<
That's how I set out to be in the first game. A complete ass like I was in KoTOR. But I found it was much harder with the characterization and realistic emotions. I actually felt bad. So I play Paragon almost always, with at least one or two renegade stories to see the other possibilities.
