Two years ago I would have gone crazy without at least 4-5 times a week, which seems insane to me now. What the hell happened? I mean, I know guys supposedly hit their peak at 18, but does it really go downhill that fast? Or did I just get too busy? Or bored of it? Or is there too much other stuff weighing on my mind? Not that I'm complaining, once or twice a week is a pretty practical amount, every day would just get in the way of things. Still, like I said, the sudden drop in frequency kind of baffles me.

Really depends on how busy I am. I do it a lot less when I'm busy, I haven't done it in about a week now simply because of my workload at University. I have times where I just feel like it and sometimes that means upwards of 3 times a day (usually successive). It generally tends to average out to about 2-3 times a week.
