Dead Space 2, LBP 2, Fallout: New Vagas, Force Unleashed 2

They are the only 4 games I am buying for the rest of the year.

Fable III.

Fable: Meh, I didn't really care for it. It was pretty short and there wasn't that much in it. Bogged down with features, not enough everything else.

Fable II: Great! I have fond memories of this game 15 minutes after I finished the game! The family ending knocked it down 15 points on the awesome scale, though.
I feel like you've got that completely backwards. The first is bogged down with features and too short while the second is the awesome one which elicits fond memories? The second added a whole bunch of half-assed features while improving upon the first in no way (backtracking in many ways, in fact) and has a main story that can be finished in between 3 and four hours.

I joke. That is back asswards. I did like Fable II more, but I'll admit it's not without flaws... Like the friggin' family ending.

Dead Rising 2. The first one is amazing, and this looks even better. Call of Duty Black Ops looks pretty awesome, especially because Treyarch is my favorite COD developer.

You guys are getting excited, and we all know what happens then. Let me explain:

Medal of Honor: The originals were kind of shit.
Fable 3: Actually looks alright, although I suspect that it will be delayed (looks way too big)
CoD BO: Oh great, I get to listen to more CoD fanboys whining online. Yippee for me.
Falout New Vegas: Fallout will NEVER be as good as the Elder Scrolls games, why can't Bethesda accept that and finally move on to TES V?
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: Multiplayer looks like it will destroy one of the best game series of the decade. Whiners, I hope that you're satisfied.
Metroid: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA

Reach doesn't look that bad, but I refuse to commit to it before I play it.

I was going to go for Black OPs: But remembering the atrocity that was MW2 I choose fallout new vegas. I loved fallout 3, could've had more quests though...

This is a terrible year for games. Just last week i gave up on Reach after near 10 years of Halo love. That 1 minute of campaign footage rubbed me up the wrong way.

I'm most interested in downloadables now. I find AAA's to be all the same
Isn't that VERY silly? You should at least RENT the game before you let one minute change 10 years of love.
I was itchy after that retard from the multiplayer advert said "Campaign lays out a nice table, but multiplayer's the meal"

Bullshit. They had the wrong mindset going in
I've never seen this advert, but it's not the wrong mindset. They don't HAVE to focus on a story, Halo is a great multiplayer game, and if they want to make it as good as it can be, what's wrong with that? You'll be playing Multiplayer more than Singleplayer so IT IS the meal.

Nope. Like any sane man, I don't play multiplayer.

AC Brotherhood is my favourite with New Vegas on a close second, I have already pre-ordered both of them. I am also going to buy black ops. Not yet sure about Fable 3 but maybe.

How long did it take you to type that lol. I didn't even think of choosing the family ending. HGonestly why all the love for Fable 3? Like that ^guy^ said you can finsh the story in 3 hours (and I did). The side missions ranged from hammering on a piece of metal and fighting beetles in someones basement to posing to get statues made. The game was to easy making you NOT feel like a badass when you are maxed out. Also, why is it that I age so fast and the other characters do not age with you?
