Fable: Meh, I didn't really care for it. It was pretty short and there wasn't that much in it. Bogged down with features, not enough everything else.
Fable II: Great! I have fond memories of this game 15 minutes after I finished the game! The family ending knocked it down 15 points on the awesome scale, though.
I've never seen this advert, but it's not the wrong mindset. They don't HAVE to focus on a story, Halo is a great multiplayer game, and if they want to make it as good as it can be, what's wrong with that? You'll be playing Multiplayer more than Singleplayer so IT IS the meal.David Bray said:I was itchy after that retard from the multiplayer advert said "Campaign lays out a nice table, but multiplayer's the meal"Dyp100 said:Isn't that VERY silly? You should at least RENT the game before you let one minute change 10 years of love.David Bray said:This is a terrible year for games. Just last week i gave up on Reach after near 10 years of Halo love. That 1 minute of campaign footage rubbed me up the wrong way.
I'm most interested in downloadables now. I find AAA's to be all the same
Bullshit. They had the wrong mindset going in
Nope. Like any sane man, I don't play multiplayer.Dyp100 said:I've never seen this advert, but it's not the wrong mindset. How long did it take you to type that lol. I didn't even think of choosing the family ending. HGonestly why all the love for Fable 3? Like that ^guy^ said you can finsh the story in 3 hours (and I did). The side missions ranged from hammering on a piece of metal and fighting beetles in someones basement to posing to get statues made. The game was to easy making you NOT feel like a badass when you are maxed out. Also, why is it that I age so fast and the other characters do not age with you?Stone Wera said:.suolucidir tsuj s'taht woNDustyDrB said:I feel like you've got that completely backwards. I joke. That is back asswards. I did like Fable II more, but I'll admit it's not without flaws... Like the friggin' family ending.
