Oh so much Reach, why? Because i'm a massive fan, I love them.

I love how halo games are so different to alot of their, I love the matchmaking, forge, firefight and story.

I freely admit I'm a rabid fanboy, but I personally think Halo more than deserves it

Why wouldn't it, there's nothing else to play online other than Gears (shit), Halo and MW2. Any Halo that comes out will overthrow MW2 because thats the only competition.

The pro version has an actual guitar that works with the game, or can be used with an amp. It tells you how to do all the songs. It seems hard as hell, but looks cool.

All of those games look really good (although Fable III is kinda "meh" for me and I don't have a wii so I can't enjoy Metroid). However the one game that I am really interested in is Mafia II, it looks like a more realistic and period based GTA IV and from what I've seen it looks like the mission variety will be better than GTA IV as well. Hopefully it's as good as I hope it is. Every other game on that list is almost guaranteed to get good review scores.

Halo fanboy here. My choice should be obvious.

That said, I am looking forward to Fable III, as well as AC: Brotherhood. As an aside, why does this poll consist mainly of Xbox/Multiplatform games? The only one on the list not coming out on Microsoft's console is Metroid...

I chose these games because
1. Obviously, I own an Xbox 360/ Wii and not a PS3 (not that I'm not psyched for some of those games either)
2. There are only 8 spots. Believe me, I would have posted every game EVAR if I could have, but instead, I was restrained to those games that had been given the most hype. Make another list with Rock Band 3, Dead Rising 2, Dead Space 2, Infamous 2 or whatever if you want to.

That is the single game this year that I must have, simply on the merit that the only other two I want at all are Fallout and Assassin's Creed, and I'm just shit out of cash. I'll buy those two later, but Halo Reach is my must have game that I'll be playing well past 2012.
