I have to go with Reach, I enjoyed Fallout 3 but I don't trust obsidian as a developer anymore. After Alpha protocol and Kotor 2 they just cannot release good games and i'm surprised they keep getting these high profile franchises to work with. The only other game up there I'm a little curious about is Brotherhood I loved the first two. Yes, even the first assassins creed. I'm just not sure about the single player in there on whether or not it will fit into the world nicely or feel ham handed. The other games I couldn't really care less about, oh oh oh I am very anxious about Civ V.

Probably Halo:Reach and Fallout:New Vegas. I'm reluctant to buy Assassins Creed:Brotherhood. Not sure why, but I just do not like the look of it.

Probably because it's much the same, though that isn't a bad thing. No doubt I will lose another 700+ hours to it.

Halo Reach (Halo 3 was a disspointment to me, however, reach is looking better each day, so I migth give it a try)
Medal of Honor (Already have BFBC2, I don't need another waar simulator for now)
Fable 3 (Loved the 2nd one, probably the only one I'll get for sure)
Call of Duty: Black Ops (See my comments on Medal of Honor)
Fallout: New Vegas (Not my coup of tea, interesting game though)
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (I migth pick it up later, once the price drops)
Metroid Other M (Don't have a wii, but it sure looks interesting)
