I would definitly go with werewolf.
Fast, strong, and I could live a pretty normal life, aside from waking up covered in blood, next to a half-eaten deer a few times a month (plus being a preditor would be pretty awsome).

do i have control of transformations when not a full moon as werewolf?
as a vampire am i a leader or a follower?
as a magic user (witch) would i have the ability to recast buffs in the field or would it be tome/potion based? furthermore would i have to make some sort of deal with the devil to get it?

as a demon would i be hunted by angels, or anime-esque demon hunters, etc.
that aside i would probably want to be a lycanthrope, maybe a werecat or some other small difficult to notice creature. at worst a lycanthrope, werewolves included, could be convicted of being dangerously psychopathic since they don't actually have control when they kill. and thats if you could catch, and even more difficult, convict them. as long as i can convince myself it's not my fault i can maintain sanity, or is it the other way around. i digress. werewolf = neat!

Definately a litch. be immortal and immune to just about everything. someone kills you, just respawn in a few days. you could cast at least lvl 6 spells leaving you with power your lesser undead sentient cousin the vampire could only dream of.
