No, Fox is much more focused on the sensational and controversial aspects than any of the others besides CNN. MSNBC is pretty close but not as bad. Besides, the only truly reliable sources are PBS newscasts and BBC for the most part.

BBC is useful for a non-American-centric outlook but no less biased. I do have to admit that I was not even aware that PBS had a newscast.

None are truly reliable, all should be taken with a grain of salt and people should form their own opinions instead of taking them whole-cloth from the media.

For Americans, BBC is almost always balanced and unbiased when it comes to American issues. I'm not sure how people in Britain view it, however.

I don't think "You're special" has to mean "You're better than everyone else and you deserve whatever you want". The thing is, we are all special. We have talents, traits and abilities that make us more valuable to the world, and in my experience at least we are each unique in what combination of good and bad traits we possess. That is what makes people special, unique, and interesting. It doesn't automatically elevate anyone above anyone else.
