Most of what I've been listening to can be a little hard todefine, genre-wise although they're mostly consiered to be "Indie" (which is tricky as it is,what with it technicly not a genre to begin with). my favourate band right now is Grizzly Bear.

I like quite a few different genres.

Metal is my favourite genre, and my first real musical love, and I do tend to like pretty much any sub-genre of it, but there's also rock, blues, jazz and classical which are all amazing.

Still, I suppose metal is my favourite, since it was the first real genre of music I listened to and loved, and listening to bands such as Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath really kickstarted my own interest in music.

tbh, i like anything. This may be me being purely indecisive, as one person has pointed out to me. however, even though i listen to anything and everything, i still seem to sway more towards all the different genres of Rock. The Old bluesy like tunes of ZZ top, Santana, to the growlers Amon Amarth, to classic Rock (Namley the big names, AD-DC, Iron Maiden, ect) Metal (again, Maiden,) Thrash,Punk, all of them, up to most (most, i repeat) of the modern stuff. Nickleback, Bloc party (though counted by some as POP) Disturbed, Korn, Yellow Card, Papa Roach. Nu-metal like linking park, Limp Bizkit....
seriously, tell me to keep listing and i will...
but my two favorites atm? Extreme (if you dont know the classic 'More Than Words' Then go fuck a turtle till your knob turns a funny lilac colour) and Megadeth... Headcrusher FTW!

I listen to the forgotten music of the 90's. I feel like I belong in that time, just because I have the mind for it. I listen mainly to the Alternative/grunge bands like Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, and The Smashing Pumpkins

I salute you sir, but for me it's pretty much a little bit of everything, mostly all forms of Metal,special spot in my heart for melodic death metal though. Dark Tranquility, Soilwork, In Flames, Scar Symmetry <3
