How old are you both?
How long have you known each other before dating?
How long have you've been going out?
Could you see her in your life five years down the line? Ten years?
Does she have a history of jumping straight into love with many guys before you?
How comfortable is she around you? How comfortable are you around her?

The list could go on, but this is basically the main questions you have to ask yourself.
