I actually wanted to cry, but it's difficult to do so in a movie theater full of whining children and obnoxious teenagers. I'll cry when I have the DVD.

Up was surprisingly a very good movie...liked it very much, thought it would be a silly kiddy story, but it was sureal, shows how life can pass you by...

I wasn't really close to crying, but I did have a tear in my eye. It was an unexpected yet great opening to one of Pixar's best movies.

The only way Pixar will get any tears from me will be tears of joy shed on the day they file for bankruptsy.

My eyes where moist.

Then again, I haven't properly cried since I was 14. I was such a little pussy in those days that I've made myself dead inside in order to stop. I haven't cried since, even when my Grandad died I was cool about the whole thing.

It's better to just take all those emotions and bury them deep, deep inside. Very, very deep down. You can't let your emotions though now can you?! Hu? HU!?

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a hooker to bury.

I didn't cry but if I had these things that you call "emotions" then I'm guessing I probably would have.
It was a great movie which have restored my faith in nowadays children movies and Pixar. :)
I doubt anything in the future can match it.

believe it or not I haven't seen the movie yet, but from what I hear it is very heartwrenching and when not if I see it, I'll probably shed a few at the beginning

I got watery eyes and a single tear rolled. I checked yes but I help back as to not let my 13 year old brother see his older brother cry

I cried at the beggining and the end, but got over it quickly enough. My Mother on the other hand (To her credit she was suffering from "empty nest" syndrome at the time)...well...lets just say I'm the one that drove the family home afterward...

It's probably the most genuinely moving film I've seen for years. I didn't actually shed any tears because I'm manly and awesome, but I did actually feel something. The characters were all likable and, above all, it was fun. Such an excellent movie.

I didn't cry but certainly welled up. Its a very moving opening and later on when
he looks through the book and finds the note Ellie left him. Also when he dumps the furniture but leaves the two chairs next to each other and then right at the end when the house is shown sitting on top of the falls.

Very moving stuff. Good old Pixar.

Well as someone who has watched and read WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY to many things about war like Band Of Brothers and Flags Of Our Fathers and Saving Private Ryan I wasn't in tears but I was really moved. I am sorta immune to it now..

I did cry when I was alone and I was watching it for the first time. I'm so glad that I did because I was able to be all macho when I watched it the second time with my girlfriend. :)
