I'd say he (And the rest of the LRR crew) are part of it, but not all of it, there's also Yahtzee, reviews, articles, forums....

It all comes down the the Escapist staff who RUN THE PLACE and decides what goes where and what stays out.

Yay mods!

Edit: Another contributor is anyone who starts a thread AND anyone who posts on one, so i guess you could say we're ALL contributors.

Edit: that sentence is hideously awkward - hopefully the meaning comes accross.
From what I can decipher, it has something to do with bug-spray...

Lots and lots of bug-spray.

Just make sure my android replacement has lasers for eyes and a jet pack, thanks.
There are android duplicates that don't have laser eyes and jet packs?

The only things I've seen him do are ENN, Unskippable and LoadingReadyRun. Those series are just a small fraction of what the Escapist has to offer, and he's not the only contributor to them in the first place. So no, he's not 'The One'.

I have to say, I did not expect this kind of response. I am truly sorry to anyone this offended or insulted. It was merely a comment on my perception of the content that I have seen and view on a regular basis. It seemed to me that I would see his face pop up all throughout the site on a consistent basis. I understand entirely that there are a lot of creative minds that go into all content on The Escapist and projects involving the LRR crew. I meant this as a lighthearted post and did not think of how it could potentially be received by other contributors to The Escapist.
Experienced Points. Rebecca Mayes Muses. Stolen Pixels. The Needles. Check for Traps. Doraleous and Associates. The weekly magazine. Extra Punctuation. Alt + Esc. Context Sensitive. Reviews. News. Shamus Plays. Zero Punctuation. Game Dogs. I Hit it With My Axe. Science.

But a small sampling of the content on this site that Graham does not create.

Again, all due respect to Graham and the entire LRR crew, a collection of more wildly creative (and genuinely nice) people you are not likely to meet soon. But there are many, many talented people contributing to The Escapist every single day.
Perhaps you're taking his post a bit too seriously; I thought he was just having a funny jab at how he crops up all the time, I don't think he really meant to neglect the other contributors.
Hyperbole for comic effect is quite common you know. ;)

...I think the ghost of Paul's Beard is the one really running the show... It pulls the strings from it's hiding place.

The puppet-master, it's bristley evil forcing Graham, Matt, and all the others to dance and sing for our amusement. Twisted by the lack of contact with Paul's face, it comes for us all!!!

...In all seriousness, I'm mostly here for LRR, but I can respect the talent that creates all the other content that my laziness prevents me from enjoying.

I not only adore Graham, but I happen to respect him a great deal. But to say that "He's in or has something to do with almost everything Escapist Magazine has to offer" is a bit insulting to the people who provide the rest of the site's content.
^/thread

while he does contribute some, i don't think i've seen him update any of the news threads, nono wait

Hmm... Now, I'm just putting this out there, but what if The Escapist is Graham? Eh? That Graham doesn't really exist, that he's merely a creation of our collective sub-consciouses, imagined into existence by the almighty power that is the Escapist Staff? And that the rest of LRR was informed, and they too contribute to our member-based insanity? It's the perpetual problem, Superman and Clark Kent, Tyler Durden and [Jack]. But what's amazing is how well the Escapist staff have us convinced that Graham has a beard, or had the sniffles for awhile.

No...the Escapist is everyone who even contributes an idea to any project they have.
Intended to say something about the userbase, but ninja's and all that.

Not at all. Nor is Graham LRR, but a founding member of the LRR site with Paul. I go on the LRR site and honestly have some of the best laughs watching vid's with the lesser seen crew and their series (whatever happended to Whatever by the way?). Matts Phailhaus episode gave me more chuckles than a fair few of those presented by Graham. Ohh, and not to forget Commodore Hustle which includes practically everyone.

It might be accurate to say that 'Loading Ready Run' as a team make up more content on the Escapist than any other contributor, either group or single individual, but that doesn't really signify anything other than that Loading Ready Run are very good at sketch based comedy.

In fact, I'm not even sure that's accurate, taking into account posting in forums, the various articles, features, news, reviews both user and otherwise. I've probably see more things by Susan Arendt or John Funk than I have from Graham Stark himself. And even then, as I stated above, Loading Ready Run is a group of people, not just Graham Stark, so I'm not quite sure which version of the Escapist you're logging into, but it's clearly not the same one I am.

Wait, are you saying that the 'e' disguises itself as Graham, whom in-turn disguises himself as the rest of the Escapist staff? Yeah, right...

.wait...the new Escapist intros with the shape-shifting 'e'...my god Alex Macris, your creation has doomed us all!

In all seriousness, TheFurryChicken was just joking about, leave him alone. Don't make me get the 'e' on you all!

Graham came around early last year. I think after the Escapist celebrated it's 4 year birthday party. In other words, the Escapist was around long before Graham was a part of it and two video series is nothing compared to what some of the main members of the site do.

While he is entertaining, none of us would be here without the main staff members.

The EconoBuy versions. Very shoddy workmanship, you're far better off going with a name brand.
