I put other because no celebrity death has ever really shocked me or upset me. In a way, the only reason some of these people are considered legendary is for the sheer fact they died at the apex of their careers.

Even people who have nowhere to go but down can still produce some good stuff before they die.

I know what you mean. Doesn't make their things less tragic, but when you're killed due to another's malice (i.e, Lennon being shot), that's somehow worse.
