Perhaps I should add, in clarification, that if someone else wants and likes something done to them that I would not do to myself, there is absolutely nothing inherently wrong in still doing it, as you say, especially if one is sensitive to all the hidden limits in your partner's sexuality and psyche, often unbeknownst to themselves.

Well if your partner is a virgin also, then the chance is 0%. If your partner is not a virgin than the number of times you have had sex is irrelevant, your chance of infection is the same as anyone else (hard to get an exact % chance - your partner's age, number of partners, location etc are all risk factors)

Edit: Actually if you are both virgins it is still not 0%, there are some diseases your partner could have contracted through non-sexual transmission (HIV, Hep C etc).
