I haven't experienced sex yet, so I don't see the problem. Love, hands down.
As a virgin, i don't know what i'm missing out on yet, so i went with Love.

Maybe i'll end up changing my oppinion later on. Who knows?

Uh. Love obviously. There is no place you can shove something in to generate that feeling artificialy. May be you frontal lobe, but that doesn't count.

After having been engaged to someone for two years and having the relationship face an abrupt and sudden end, I never want to love anyone again.

Love; TRUE love; Is not at all worth it. Many people in relationships just enjoy the company and warm fuzzy feelings, but you can lose someone you love at any time. It's just not worth it.
I'm in exactly the same position as you. And yet I completely disagree. Probably because I'm still refusing to accept that it's over, and it may not be.

Doubt it's the same in your case.

Call me shallow but I would rather have sex if given the choice. Most relationships are based on a physical attraction and are sexually compatible, maybe it is my high sex drive but I would hate it if I was in a relationship and sex wasnt a factor, I probably would end up giving myself some major friction burns on my member.

I didn't want to believe it was over either, and I will always still love her. But we will never meet again in this world.

Love. Definitely. Love is just such an amazing feeling, I would give anything up for it. Including erections, as you put it.

I chose sex because I am a hollow shell of a person with a heart of stone. Also, I am hypersexual and I assume that love leads to drama, heartbreak and tears.

Evolution has done such a good job of creating the emotion of "love" its overridden the Sex drive it appears.

I don't believe that for a second.

Love is just there because those who feel love have a higher chance of having children.

Having sex is a pretty co operative experience. But love can be isolated; you could love you're entire life and never be loved back.

How can people vote if they haven't experienced both? Or either?!

After being in a sexless relationship and having the newfound willpower to refuse sex I would have to say love is better.

Love. Sex is a big part of a relationship but being a person who loves being in a committed relationship and have never had a one-night stand, I'd go with love every time

Sex please, I'm British.

More seriously, love is too variable and liable to change and fluctuations to be of any particular use to me at this juncture. I'd be happy enough not getting too close.

Can I choose neither? I'm not interested in getting into a relationship at any point in time, and I really don't see the appeal of intercourse. Shouldn't there be an option for us asexuals?

..........What?

This poll is just ridiculous....

They are not mutually exclusive, in my experience.

I have a feeling experience is something in short supply here.
I think you're missing the point.

You either get "meaningless" sex or you get love. Neither is required for the other.

OT: Sex, love is for pussies.

Sure there is. That place is called a "mouth" and that something is called "chocolate."

Sex. No question.
