I enjoy shaving. The feeling of stroking your face with a straight razor is nice.

So far I've only shaved once on my chin, and that was just a bunch of strings on my face. I don't know whether I'm going to grow a beard or not, but I know I'm going to shave my mustache. Hate those things.

I see shaving as hurdle to overcome every morning. Thats why I stopped shaving around easter. The only downside to it, is that the guys i live with refer to me as "the Taleban warrior". Personally i think my beard looks more like what a skipper would grow.

It's just something I do. Like driving- I don't really have any feelings towards the act itself, though the end product (a clean-shaven face or getting where I need to go) is something that I like.

The result feels nice if you've been getting scruffly, but I don't think the act itself is anything special. I'd prefer not having to shave, all considered.

If you find the experience soothing, there exists such a social group as the 'shaving nerds'. It's weird.
They tend to use old-fashioned safety razors, which actually do produce a much smoother shave once you get past the scarred noob stage.

I hate shaving. It's uncomfortable even with a full can of shaving cream on your face. Plus, I've used razors with 4, 5, and even 6 blades and I still can't get all the stubble.

I hate shaving with a passion. I started out having a goatee solely for the fact that it meant less of my face to shave. I'm like a damn wookiee.

I haven't shaved in about a month...I'll only shave when it starts bother me because I hate it so much. The woman doesn't exactly like that, but frankly my dear I don't give a damn.

I shave some since anything resembling a mustache or beard I might have isn't going to look too good, but that's because I'm 15. It is my intention to grow a beard and mustache someday.

Just a quick discussion, i just got done shaving (my face) and i have always found it a sort of.. calming task, i get very calm and when i am done i feel good about myself, am i insane? or do a lot of people feel like this?

There really should be some sort of nuetral option here as find shaving very much a meh.
I do it because I have to so people don't make Jesus jokes and ask me if I speak Wookie.

BEARD POWER!!

I prefer to let my beard grow in to a decided length before sheering it off with an electric razor. Basically...I normally don't shave for at least a couple months at a time. My current ID card is of the Bearded Wonder, envy of those who cannot grow a proper beard.
