Neither. Both are too limited weapons, too specialized. They are good at what they are designed to do, but pretty much suck at everything else. I'd much rather take a modern assault rifle: Attach a scope and you get a gun useful for quasi-sniping purposes when talking of distances of around 800 meters and less. Remove the scope and fold the stock for urban in-house combat. Extend the stock and it becomes a short-and medium distance weapon with great accuracy. Give it a bipod and several magazines and you have an improvised LMG.
