Poll: Should Sega stop making games that have anything to do with the sonic universe?

That's because there are people who *gasp* actually think the games are good.

The only reason people hate Sonic at all is becasue of bigoted asshat reviewers like Yahtzee and most of the people at IGN convincing all of you internet sheep that the games are worse then they actually are.

I would say they should continue because they may do a really good Sonic game one day but after seeing Sonic in a car I really doubt it. The Sonic Team are just unbelievable, who ever comes up with the ideas should be shot dead!

In my opinion its dead...dead dead dead dead dead. When was the last time that they ever really made a decent sonic game? I mean cmon, they have to be losing money on this...So why keep making them when everyone is telling them to just let it go?

2 things
1st he reviewed the hd version despite using the wii's boxar
wii has no confusing hub, god of war QTE ripoffs or most all the other problems he mentions (hence the higher scores)

2nd yahtzee's a biassed ass who hates everything, just sonic especially because he would
've grown up on the originals so especially hates what it's become

As an old school sonic fan I know what this franchise was like. I would gladly wait four to five years if it meant a single quality game.

I own sonic unleashed.
and the levels are too short. you go so fast which makes the level shorter. you cant play as super sonic anytime you want if you get the chaos emeralds anymore!

They should keep the core universe and get rid of the fat cat and all of those shitty characters. Keep it at Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman. Then, and this is the most important part, ACTUALLY ATTEMPT TO MAKE A GOOD GAME!!! Or you could always get better developers to make the game.

Sonic Unleashed. It wasn't good, but it was decent. The Sonic stages looked and played great, with the wolf stages going from terrible to not as terrible throughout the game.

I think if they used what they did for Sonic's stages in SU and then made the game like Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 it would be great.

Sonic Unleashed is an inadequate example. It is significantly different from older 3-D Sonic games. As for the emeralds welcome to every Sonic game since Adventure, where ya been?
