as far as I'm concerned it is great. I recently had my hard drive fail and had to reinstall my games. Steam made that incredibly easy and I appreciate that. Also the frequent deals they have are really good too.

When it goes to buying a game just use a key code. Thses servers, accounts & linking accounts are just as easily bypassed by hackers as key codes.

Valve are one of the few developer who I respect. They might not release a game on time but it's not all about money. They give free DLC and lots of updates. They take community input. Ubisoft have yet to listen and take out their stupid account server shit. We might get annoyed when Valve release L4D2 only one year after the first one. It's a small price to pay when they give so much.
If only other developers would take valves example the gaming industry would be a better one.
You know.. You should try and sign up for steam, god knows what. You might actually like it? Some of my friends tend to go on it only twice a month "Im on it every day" but they still believe that while not being flawless. It doesnt hurt anyone and a lot of people enjoy it in general. Valve making titles exclusive to it is for pure business. But apparently it is ignored when titles are made exclusive to Xbox but i guess a PC Platform and a Console are two different things?Daffy F said:The only thing I don't like about it (I don't have steam... Never bothered) is that the latest Worms game was steam-only... I was looking forward to that.
Who said anything about Xbox? I wanted it for PC. I loved the older worms games... Anything up to World Party. Before that 3D bullshit.Nikolaz72 said:You know.. I just said that people only seem to complain when stuff is PC or Steam exclusive. Not when it is exclusive to a console. I didnt emply that you had one or would play worms on it. I only played up to worms 2 myself.Daffy F said:Who said anything about Xbox? I wanted it for PC. I loved the older worms games... Anything up to World Party.
