People like this need to be shot...in the face. (yes i am violent by nature but only because disney cartoons from the 90s have made me so. Fantasia is the worst offender...a living thing doesnt want to stop...so he chops it up...bad disney, bad!)

violent video games dont make good kids bad, violent video games make bad kids worse, in my opinion. It's the parents fault for not noticing the kids bad behavior after letting the kid play games. From what I know this generation of parents are weak, and give into the whinning and bitching little brats too much which probably leads to them having snotty attitudes. If the kid can't handle it, then take it away until you think he is mature enough. Ive played violent video games since i was 8 and I do pretty good in school and have never done drugs or drank any alcohol beverages, well one time i did when i was 6... lol total mistake. My mom, for a little kid gave me hell when i screwed up bad. Lol as I got older she got much more lenient since i have gained her trust. She is the best mom anyone could have.

the kids playing the violent games probably figured: whyd he purposely knock over the pens. hes bad at this and a noob. hes not contributing. while the sissies playing football were too dumb to realize there was no accident.
which violent war game? yes i think its important. i don't in anyway think she's right but if it was a really intense game the kids may get into hyper POed mode it might not occur to them to pick up the pens. then again its impossible to have a true control group in the study so its kind of pointless

From what I have seen of that show, I wouldn't say she is entirely wrong. If you let your kid play to much xbox, he will become more spoiled. Now, most people can maintain there attitude after a long time. But for some kids (me), they had to be cut off or they would become develop bad habits and horrible attitudes. I am actually glad my parents did that. I don't want to be that kid on TV
I donno what annoys me more.. that is was 20 boys with no girls... or that she is stupid enough to believe that test actually meant something? I doubt that playing a game for what I gather maybe an hour or two would effect someone ... IF anything playing violent games for years would make more sense then a few hours...

Here's a scientific experiment I did, and the logical conclusions I came to. I'm a big fan of the Supernanny Method.
Step one: Put a man in a room with five lions, and give him a gun with only one bullet.
Step two: Put a woman in a room with two little kittens, and a picture of Stephen Hawking.
Step three: Make the remaining test subjects fill a crossword puzzle.
Conclusions:
1) When presented with a firearm, 100% of the human species will commit suicide.
2) All of them are male.
3) Might not apply to firearms with more than one bullet.
Other conclusions:
1) Women are better with animals.
2) Felines are only dangerous in groups of five.
3) Looking at a smart man will make you smarter than someone who's dead.

well i personaly hate football.Any sport that involes big men tackling each other is not for me so i naturaly hate football games so if i was forced to play them i would get mad and tell the stupid cow off

A ridiculously low sample rate makes the test completely meaningless, however I do agree that there are rating systems in place for a reason, 8 year olds should not be playing grand theft auto... I like this attitude of "it's the parents fault for giving them the games", but I doubt that will fly as it's far easier to blame the developers.
hahaha... its what the people want to see obviously they wouldn't say that playing violent video games is good for kids... im not saying she is stupid but more research must be done by the older generations before they make stupid assumptions like that.

I play some of the most fucked up games beyond all fucking recogniton, but I'm one polite ************. My mom enforces politeness, it has nothing to do with the video games I play.
Now; if supernanny used kids who had all been raised in the same exact environment; the experiment could have been considered "valid."
But, she didn't even follow the scientific method.
