Whilst my prefeered genre is rock/blues, I think I'm gonna have to go with metal because they have death, and robots and norse gods and demons and all kids of stuff that will fuck up your face as the subject of their songs, whereas rock and blues have the devil and loneliness and nice weather and stuff that won't quite be warwinning material.
I side with Rock and Roll, the only one that has Gods like Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jimmy Hendrix, Jeff Beck and Mark Knopfler.
I disagree, because Classical music has entire armies, navies and air forces at it's disposal, and is still the official music of most of the world's fighting forces.Daveman said:

I massive battle will break out with Rock, metal, and hip hop have advantages but then from the harizon J-pop will apear and start slaying all of the other music genres with ease. It will be a fantastic and dreadfull sight all in one!
I disagree. Ted Nugent has more by himself than the entire Hip Hop community. Also, Rockers who have guns are actually able to aim them. (Protip: Holding it sideways doesn't work.)Daveman said:

Why is it, everytime one of these threads come out, there is never country music in there? it is a major form of music, just because cities dont listen to it, doesnt mean that that genre is dead...
I listen to Heavy Metal, my favorite bands are As I lay Dying, In Flames, Fear Factory, Slipknot, Korn, and Marylin Manson.
