Demons. As a mighty demon overlord myself, I want minions who can I can relate to as I order them to slaughter millions. I shall also encourage several "Starscream"s so that the multiple plots and double dealings keep me on my toes. It wouldn't do to get complacent and give some heroes an opportunity to end the butchery.

Duh. Ugly monsters or ninjas always would just cause retaliation. Its pointless to create army that will be hated.
My evil army would consist mostly of cute and sexy school girls, along with special forces of cookie scouts. No one would say no to them. They would just take over without much issues, no need for bloodshed even.

An army of Cougars would be awesome. Any army consisting of men ages 18 to 29 would be unable to fight because of all the sex, from the cougars(older women seeking younger men).

I'd go with robot ninjas that are superior to the human brand. I'll probably also throw in some giant robots to demolish big cities. If I can't come up with the advanced technology required, I'll take Disgaea's example and just use Prinny's to solve all my problems.
